HAPPY DAY TO YOU: Yesterday, I spoke about how I overcame arthritis with the word of God. Such decisions are very personal and borne out of conviction that God exists and will perform the best for you. It is not a decision that you force anyone to follow like some churches preach that their flock should not take medicine. Esther and the Hebrew boys with Daniel are examples of this kind of conviction. When Esther had to go to the king contrary to the Law, she said “... And then, though it is against the law, I will go in to see the king. If I must die, I must die.” Esther 4:16 NLT

Death is a result of the fall of man. It is an affliction resulting from eating the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.  There are some truths we must appreciate if we are to overcome the evil one. Christ tasted death and resurrected that we may fear death no more. Whoever is truly in Christ will not for fear of death change whatever he believes Christ has done for him. Another truth is that life is seasonal. Genesis 8:22 and Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. On this side of existence, everyone will taste of  both the season of good and bad and we must all taste death and resurrect again either to eternal life with God in heaven or eternal damnation with the Devil that removes all the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

I leave you to think of this discussion today and write out further insights that you get. Tomorrow we shall look at why those with informed boldness will be the ones to overcome the evil one.

I pray that the Holy Spirit will enlighten your eye of understanding so that you will appreciate the basic laws of existence and you can damn the threat of the evil one and live for Christ in Jesus name.
