Fear Not, God Will Fight For You

FEAR NOT, GOD WILL FIGHT FOR YOU

As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated. The Ammonites and Moabites rose up against the men from Mount Seir to destroy and annihilate them. After they finished slaughtering the men from Seir, they helped to destroy one another. 2 Chronicles 20:22-23 NIV

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: Yesterday, we saw how the host of God surrounded Elisha and performed Elisha’s command to make the host of the army of the enemy blind. Elisha was conscious of the unseen host of God with Him. Are you conscious of God with you?

Today, we shall see how the invisible presence of God fights the enemy of His children with their own weapons. I have a lot of testimonies to this one. You need not fear all the enemies of God kidnapping and engaging in terrorism you only need to be in the presence of God. In the above story, three nations ganged up against Israel and the children of Israel were fearful. They went to the prophet of God to inquire of Him. He told them not to fear but stand up to the enemy praising God. They carried no weapon. Quite unusual and strange but Israel obeyed.

At the battle field, two nations faced the third and killed all of them and the remaining two faced each other and killed themselves. The God of Israel made them use their own weapons and expertise to destroy themselves hallelujah. Today, I choose not to fear the enemies but to praise the Lord always. As you choose praising the Lord over fear, every enemy or group of destroyers that come to you will face and destroy themselves with their weapons in Jesus name. Amen. I have witnessed armed robbers confused and faced themselves as they came to my house before. God suddenly gave me courage to engage them in a discussion and we even prayed and they counselled themselves to leave. God of the Bible is still shepherding and keeping His children. Let us hold on to Jesus in spirit and in truth.

I pray that the Holy Spirit will have room in your heart and your gaze will be fixed on Him who is able to do all things for you in Jesus name.
