IDENTITY CLARITY 2 (JESUS)

“You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve. Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy One of God.” John 6:67-69 NIV

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: Jesus was not afraid to ask His closest disciples if they too would turn away from Him because the message became hard and the multitude had abandoned Him. In today's world, it is not so much eating the body of Jesus that makes people leave and persecute Him but the person of Jesus as Son of God and God. It is in Jesus that mankind can become connected to God like Adam in the garden of Eden. It is in Jesus Christ that man’s soul becomes living again. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and no one goes to God the Father except through Him. 

When you encounter Jesus, you will not call Him a thought, or pulse or deny that He did not go to the cross or that it is through Him alone that we can come to Father God.

I leave you to think more on this and personally write out who God is to you. It is only as you can say who God is to you and who Jesus Christ is that you can have eternal life.

I pray that you will have a real personal encounter with Jesus Christ today that will give you a firm knowledge of Him that nothing can shake or change.
