LET US PRESS ON TO KNOW THE LORD

“So let us know and become personally acquainted with Him; let us press on to know and understand fully the [greatness of the] Lord [to honor, heed, and deeply cherish Him]. His appearing is prepared and is as certain as the dawn, And He will come to us [in salvation] like the [heavy] rain, Like the spring rain watering the earth.” Hosea 6:3 AMP

HAPPY DAY TO YOU AND A HAPPY JULY. 

It is a great thing to witness the beginning of the second half of the year 2026. We thank the Lord for His mercies since the beginning of the year. At the beginning of the year, most people set goals that deal with their physical needs and aspirations. They usually forget about God's input in getting things done so we hardly achieve the majority of our dreams.

This second half of the year, it is the time to seek the knowledge of God and allow Him to lead us. The Israelites ignored God and they were faced with all sorts of calamities for leaving the way of God for ways that did not profit them. The world, nations and individuals are in that situation now. Hardships and difficulties make peace and joy difficult to achieve.

It is time to look inwards and change direction toward the knowledge of God. It is an individual decision. Decide to seek God until you understand his ways and walk there in and you will experience his peace that passes all understanding. We shall seek to understand God and his ways as we journey into the second half of the year. Remember that Jesus said ‘Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all other things (you desire) will be added to you.’ Goals are easier achieved with God in the picture.

I pray that as we take a step towards the knowledge of God, he will take ten steps towards us in the name of Jesus.
