February 28.   Numbers ch 8-9; Mark 8:1-17

SEEKING HEALING

“¶My son, pay attention to my words and be willing to learn; Open your ears to my sayings. Do not let them escape from your sight; Keep them in the center of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, And healing and health to all their flesh.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭4‬:‭20‬-‭22‬ ‭AMP‬‬

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: Fifteen years ago, a sister went for her medical check up in the UK and she was diagnosed with cancer. The doctor gave her two years to live but she immediately answered back that God heals her. She took the prescribed medication but kept telling God she didn’t want to die yet and that He is the ultimate healer and controller of life. She found the above verse of the bible and started reading the word of God as often as possible. With time, she stopped having pains and stopped the medication. She went back to the doctor for confirmation and the doctor was surprised asking her what she did. She reminded him of her pronouncement the day she heard his diagnosis. This is an example of seeking to find. 

What are you seeking? What in your life needs healing? Above all else, seek for it in the word of God. He is the great physician. He is by your side. He took our diseases and infirmities. 

A man puts it that “the word of God has healing particles in it”. While not condemning medication for their benefits, Jesus is the ultimate physician. Find Him, seek Him till you find Him and follow His leading to your destination. 

I pray that you will meet Jesus and He will touch you with His power that makes whole.
