The Calming Name

July 16.   Nehemiah ch 13; Esther ch 1-2

THE CALMING NAME

For this reason God highly exalted Him and gave Him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow — of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth — and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11 HCSB

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: I was overwhelmed with a lot of things going on around me that I had no clue how they would be resolved. They were all things beyond my power to resolve which involved others and myself. In the midst of me asking God to calm my mind and the minds of all who shared their life issues with me. The Holy Spirit woke me up one night and said that in (at) the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow and all barriers must collapse.

The impression was so deep in my heart that I started calling the name of Jesus. I called the name of Jesus and at intervals, a prayer will float out of my mouth. I knew something had shifted in the spirit realm. I called the name of Jesus for about three hours with some prayers floating out which I prayed till I automatically switched to the name of Jesus again. I did this till I was tired which was about three hours then I became so tired I dozed off.

After the day broke, everyone in my mind had testimonies of peace, joy, confidence and some had physical testimonies. I had peace and joy in my heart as well. Everyone had a strong expectation of manifestations. That night to me was a new way to pray and I enjoyed it.

I pray that the Holy Spirit will train you how to war effectively in the spirit as the situation demands in the name of Jesus.
