WHO IS GOD?

And afterward Moses and Aaron went in, and told Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness. And Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go. Exodus 5:1-2 KJV

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: A king once asked the question Who is the LORD? So that people ask now in words and actions is not strange. There are people in this generation who don't believe there is God at all. They are called atheists. I have encountered one of them before in an emergency and he screamed O God! I pointed it out to him that he doesn't believe in God, why scream His name?

Who is God? Jesus addressed this directly when He said  God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. 4:24 KJV 

He is immaterial. He is not bound by physical limitations, geographic positions or human form. These imply that you cannot know and feel God the way we do material things. God is 

…the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen. 1 Timothy 1:17 KJV He is eternal and invisible.

Then how do we know God? We know him by our own spirit too. We are spirits having a soul and living in a body. This is why we need to develop our spirits so that we can know and understand God. Think on what we consider today and tomorrow, we shall consider the nature of God.

I pray that God will reveal Himself to you everyday so that you will have faith in Him and understand His ways in the name of Jesus.
