TO KNOW GOD'S WAY

Now if indeed I have found favor in Your sight, please let me know Your ways, that I may know You and find favor in Your sight. Remember that this nation is Your people.” Exodus 33:13 BSB

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: Most servants of God have wondered if they can really know the way of God. If you are holding on to God alone and totally depending on Him, you will feel like Moses who, though he had witnessed God’s miracles several times, asked God to show him His way. Apostle Paul puts it this way; 

…that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, Philippians 3:10 NKJV

In spite of the many acts of God through Paul, his heart cry was still that he may Know Christ. Today as always for some time now, I too, join Moses, Paul and the Psalmist David (Psalm 25:4) to ask God to show me His ways and His paths.

What was God’s answer to Moses? 

And He said, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” Exodus 33:14 NKJV

It is like saying “you can't perceive Me like you do your fellow men but my presence will go with you wherever you go and I will give you rest. My rest will be your guide. Apostle Paul calls it the peace of God which passes all understanding will guard your heart. Philippians 4:7, and let the peace of God rule in your heart. Colossians 3:15. 

To know God is with you is to know His peace and be guided by it. Thank You Father for making your peace available to us.

I pray that as you long to know God, you will know His peace deep in your heart to guard and guide you in all your ways in the name of Jesus.
