No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide an escape, so that you can stand up under it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 BSB

HAPPY MONTH OF SEPTEMBER: Welcome to the last quarter of the year. We are thankful to God for seeing us through this far no matter how tough it has been. There are blessings to count every day. Your health and the ability to carry out the natural urges like urination, defecation, sneezing and all the rest call for gratitude.

Now let us look at the challenges that have been with us into the new month. See what Apostle Paul calls it- ‘Temptation that is common to man’. No matter what you are going through, it is happening to others around you. It is like rain that falls on everybody. However, God custom built you to survive the temptations that come your way. Our Father is faithful that he will not allow it to go beyond what you can bear. I usually say to trials and temptations that I am above them because God designed me to conquer them. By the time I talk to them three times anytime they taunt me, the problems will find their level. They would know that they cannot stop me. I keep my gaze on where I am going, putting my hand in the hand of Jesus.

The next demonstration of the love of God is that to every temptation, He provides a way of escape so that you can stand. I have learnt to recognize ways of escape that God creates. The little unsolicited helps, information that comes freely throwing light on the way forward etc. until the trial is over. There are righteous ways of escape that God will create to see you through without sinning. The Lord will minister to any confusion that has followed you this far in the name of Jesus.

I pray that this month of September will bring resolution to anything that has up until now limited you in the name of Jesus.
