HAPPY DAY TO YOU: Many people have wondered what scriptures are for. There are many scriptures depending on the religion you are looking at. There are different scriptures for different religions depending on the god that they come from. For the Christian, we believe in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Our scripture is the Bible and the Holy Spirit of God inspired it. 

Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things. For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. ‭2 Peter 1:20-21 NIV‬

I have an experience lately that gave me an insight into the use of scriptures and how it works. Scriptures are to be read everyday. From my past experience, going through the bible in one year is the best program. There are many tables that take one through the bible yearly. I have found the plan from Genesis straight to Revelation suitable for me. You can check out other plans and decide which one suits you.

As you do this, you will notice that your attitudes and motives change without your natural efforts that make transformation boring and cumbersome. I leave you to find the reading plan that suits you and make your mind up to start it. It might appear difficult at first but with time it becomes enjoyable and your nature. Not to bore you, we shall stop here and continue tomorrow with what scripture does to you as you visit it daily.
