SOMETHING AHEAD MOTIVATES AND LEADS YOU ON

Having our minds fixed on Jesus, the Beginner and Finisher of our faith; Who for the joy that lay ahead of Him endured the cross, although He despised the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2 AFV

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: I was watching my grand nephew who is just learning to walk some days ago. His mum put a bright toy superman at the opposite corner of the room from him. He likes bright colors. He stood up  to go towards the toy, took three steps and fell down. He struggled and got up again and tried and after five steps now he fell and had a scratch on his knee. He screamed, his mum picked him up and patted his back till he stopped crying. The next thing, he struggled to come down from his mum’s embrace and headed for the toy again. After another fall, he got to the toy, picked it up and put it in his mouth with such sweet delight.

Like that baby kept his effort on by keeping his gaze on the toy, you too are too keep motivated going towards your goal that you fix your gaze on and endure the hardship and go on until you achieve it. Jesus kept His gaze on the salvation of multitudes and the people who will be with Him for him to endure death on the cross.

People who have no vision they are looking on to achieve give up easily. A young man had the vision to become the best celebrated artist of his time. He failed several times and went without food because his work did not sell as expected. He kept on by looking at what being the best celebrated artist would be. While his friends in the same profession gave up, he did not. Today, he is very well celebrated with his works selling in six figures and still climbing. I leave you to create a vivid image of your desired goal and keep it ahead of you because it will be your motivation to resist all discouragement.

I pray that your imagination will be able to draw you forward above any obstacle or challenge till you achieve your goal in the name of Jesus.
