“Some time later, however, the brook dried up because there had been no rain in the land. Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah: ‘Get up and go to Zarephath of Sidon, and stay there. Behold, I have commanded a widow there to provide for you.’” 1 Kings 17:7-9 BSB

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: This time, I remember years back when Star Wars fictional films were so interesting, yet we thought they could never become reality. Today, we are seeing robots doing things that humans could do and even more. Robots are now being manufactured in quantities where they will cohabit with humans.

In the Bible prophecy about the end time, robots were predicted, and you can read Revelation 13 about what that time will be like when food will be restricted, and anyone without the mark of the beast cannot buy or sell or take part in society at all. We should practice how to get fed and cared for by God when that time comes.

I use the story of Elijah and the widow of Zarephath as my model. There was a famine called by Elijah at God's direction. God sent him to a brook of water, and a raven was bringing him food. After some time, the brook ran dry, and Elijah had no food. This can be likened to when you refuse the mark and have no food.

Can you call on God to give you food? Try it now by calling on God to meet your needs without going to people to beg. Can God provide food for the faithful like He did for Elijah? Yes, God still does.

Many Christians would have experienced it many times, but we never take it as anything or relate it to God. It is time to observe your life and being, so your faith in God is enhanced for the time when absolute trust in Him is what you will need to live and survive.

Dear Father and God, things that were fiction before are becoming real and fulfilling Your word for the end time. Teach me to prepare my walk with You so I will be able to stand at the time of temptation.
