GOD CONSCIOUSNESS REMOVES FEAR

September 24. Proverbs ch 25-27; 2 Corinthians 12:19-13-14

“Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will surely help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”. Isaiah 41:10 BSB

HAPPY DAY TO YOU: Whenever you feel alone, fear is birthed. Not just alone physically but alone within you. When a person has no money and no consciousness of where he can get money in case of need, he becomes very afraid. When a child does not sense the presence of his parents, he becomes afraid especially in the dark. Consciousness of a source of protection births fear in the heart of man.

No wonder what God assures His Old Testament servants of is His Presence with them wherever they went. Moses specifically asked for God’s presence with the children of Israel otherwise he would not lead them to move. Exodus 33;14-17. God told Joshua He would be with him as He was with Moses so he should not be afraid. Jesus told the Apostles that He will be with them till the end of time so they should not be afraid. Matthew 28:18-20. When Jesus told them to go and make disciples everywhere, He had to let them know that all powers had been given to Him and He would never forsake them.

The essence of God telling His servants and children now not to fear is because He is permanently with them in the person of the Holy Spirit that is with and in them. Even in death the Holy Spirit is with them and there is nothing to fear for He will take their souls up to be with Christ. You have to be conscious of God's presence with you at all times. Jesus Christ said to His disciples that He would not leave them as orphans. He will send them the Holy Spirit John 14:16-18.

The secret of living fearlessly is to constantly practice the presence of the Holy Spirit with you. Talk with Him like you would talk to the person near to you. He is with you and in you. He controls everything and He will give you power and peace. In moments of sadness talk to Him. He will give you joy. If He seems distant, persist in talking to Him and He will answer you. Your persistence is the proof that you believe in Him. He will not allow you to drown in pain or sorrow. Put the presence of the Holy Spirit into practice and see how you navigate through life and even death with confidence.

Dear Father and God, thank you for your Holy Spirit who lives with me. Help me to live in His consciousness always in the name of Jesus.
